1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
• Content you create (landing pages, images, text)

We automatically collect:

• Usage data (pages visited, features used)

• Analytics data for your landing pages

2a. MAG Driver Mobile App

The MAG Driver app is used by delivery drivers working with businesses on the MAG platform. It collects the following, only as described:

• Precise location (including in the background): collected only while a driver has explicitly started a shift. The app displays a persistent on-shift indicator whenever sharing is active. Ending a shift stops all location collection immediately. Off shift, nothing is collected or shared.
• Why we collect it: to show dispatch where their fleet is, and to let the delivery customer follow their order on a live map with accurate arrival estimates.
• Proof-of-delivery photos: a driver may take a photo when completing a delivery. The photo is attached to that delivery record and visible to the dispatching business.
• Driver identity: name and phone number, provided by the dispatching business to issue the driver's access link.

Retention: live positions are broadcast ephemerally and are not stored per ping; a sampled route trail is kept for up to 90 days for operational review, then deleted. Customer tracking links expire automatically shortly after delivery and never show a live map afterward. Location data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to profile or score driver behavior.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting)
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect rights
• Business transfers: In connection with merger, acquisition, or sale

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database storage and Stripe for payment processing. API keys and sensitive credentials are encrypted with AES-256 encryption. While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Delete your account and data
• Export your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
